15" & 18” Standard Thru-Base Shock Absorbing Pro Pedestal®

Pro Pedestal® is the “Next Step in the Evolution of Shock-Mitigating Pedestals” for boat seats. It is stronger than other pedestals and provides more travel for smoother operation to absorb shocks encountered from large waves and rough seas. Pro Pedestal® makes boating more enjoyable allowing longer trips and greater satisfaction by absorbing shocks normally felt in your back and legs. Shorter pedestal heights can be achieved with the Thru-Base Shock Absorbing Pro Pedestal® model. These models require a 3-1/2” diameter hole to be drilled in the deck or mounting surface. The Standard models have a 2-7/8” end to fit swivel and slider adapters and utilize a locking slot to meet ABYC safety requirements for operator seating. The 18” model requires less space below the deck for installation than the 15” model. Pro Pedestal® as a circular base for deck mounting with a standard 6-hole pattern and 8-3/16” bolt diameter for easy installation.
